SERVICE AGREEMENT

Upon contracting services from 247nimbusdesign llc., you agree to the following terms for all digital media products and services. These terms are subject to change without notice. 


CANCELLATION

247nimbusdesign llc. will make every attempt to meet the time slot / schedule that is agreed upon between client and 247nimbusdesign llc. Scheduling a photographer’s time slot reserves that specific time that is not available to others. Canceling that time slot the same day creates scheduling issues for the photographer and loss of revenue. Contact 247nimbusdesign llc. to cancel and reschedule at least  24 hours in advance. For same day cancelation the client will be charged $60. If 247nimbusdesign llc. does not receive a call to cancel and the photographer shows for the appointment but cannot perform the contracted work, there will be a $60 fee charged. 

WEATHER

Weather plays a large part in outside photography and safe drone operation. In case of weather related issues please refer to the CANCELLATION section of this Service Agreement. If the client wants to continue with an interior shoot, a reschedule date and time for the exterior shoot must be agreed upon (if applicable) and there may be additional fees to return for the completion of the contracted work.


READINESS

The client is responsible for ensuring that the site is safe & ready at the agreed time. 247nimbusdesign llc. is not responsible for moving, lifting, cleaning, or re-arranging, items that do not belong to 247nimbusdesign llc. 247nimbusdesign llc., may adjust window coverings or turn on or off lights as deemed necessary to better capture the scene(s) and move small items that may be distracting in the session. The client willl ensure that there are no hazards to the photographer's safety. The photographer is not responsible for livestock or pets that escape the property during the session. Client's will take steps to ensure only authorized persons are on site, and distractration from bystanders are minimalized. 247nimbusdesign llc will make every attempt to capture requested footage, the client hereby understands that not all requests can be fulfilled 

PAYMENT

247nimbusdesign llc. operates on a fee for service basis. Payment is due at time of service. If payment is not received at time of service for any reason, an invoice will be sent and is due upon receipt (payments not received within 5 days may incur additional charges). Delivery of photos, videos, virtual tours, 3D models, etc., will be made once payment has been received in full.
